Vinyasa Flow

The act of linking movement with breath, or a specific sequence of breath-synchronized movements used to transition between postures. Class emphasizes a continuous flow of movement where each part of the body is explored and worked in a deep and mindful way. Vinyasa flow builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and detoxifies the body. The practice incorporates a creative sequence of yoga poses linked by breath. Music may be played during class which can inspire physical, energetic, mental, intuitive, and pure bliss states of consciousness.

Restorative

This class blends meditations and restorative poses, which is typically done on the floor with lots of supportive props coupled with soothing music and aromatherapy to help the body release. Restorative poses are an important part of any long term yoga practice because they recharge our energy reserves, heal the effects of stress, and bring our nervous systems into a more balanced state. This class will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed.

Meditation

Meditation focuses the mind and consciously quiets the mind, and relaxes the body. Focusing on the breath or a mantra (sound) are meditation techniques that help reduce stress and anxiety in your daily life. Meditation allows you to enter a deep state of relaxation. This helps you deal with stressful situations or negative thoughts. Meditation allows you to focus your energy on the important and positive aspects of living.
