Semi-private Yoga Lessons

Similar to private lessons, but at a reduced cost, semi-private sessions are designed for 2 or 3 people. You’re significantly more likely to continue your practice when you start with a friend! The sessions are customized to meet the students’ needs. This is a good option for individuals who want private instruction but at a reduced cost because the time is shared.

Small Group Yoga Sessions

Coordinate your friends and/or family (4-10 people) for a small group class. Small-group classes are 75 minutes long and are structured for students at all levels and stages of life. Classes are tailored to address the personal needs and goals of the group, while also customized to work with the group’s overall experience level. Classes can be sold in packages.
